Over 40 years’ experience in a variety of industries, Geoff has developed a broad range of capabilities and successfully held management positions across engineering, production and business improvement before embarking on a consultancy career.  

After 13-years of service in the Royal Australian Air Force as a Radio and Avionics Technician, Geoff ultimately joined the Boeing Company.  During an 8-year tenure he was developed through the Boeing Lean Enterprise Office under the ‘Lean 201’ program and given the opportunity to experience world class Lean manufacturing methodologies and culture firsthand within Boeing’s North American operations.

Geoff has extensive leadership and cultural change experience and have held various management roles within aviation maintenance and passenger rail rolling stock manufacture.  These included responsibility for the leadership and oversight of various maintenance and manufacturing activities.  Geoff has also implemented Lean tools and techniques within advanced aerospace maintenance and retrofit facilities.

Since beginning his consultancy career in 2014, Geoff has played a key role in a series of successful programs in rail, construction, mining, coal seam gas, food processing and retail environments.

Over the course of his career, Geoff has proven his ability to take on a challenge and succeed.  

Geoff likes nothing more than learning new skills and testing his own abilities, often in areas where he has never had previous experience. Nowhere is this more apparent than a background in aviation and a current business interest with importing and distributing cosmetics! 

Geoff is  very interested in assisting organisations and the people that work within them, to achieve their goals and ambitions whilst driving business improvement.  

Currently Geoff is managing his own business with his partner and working as an industry business improvement consultant.
